Somehow I feel like we are kinda not supposed to think writers are hot. We are supposed to focus on their amazing bodies of work and leave it at that. Well, I love them for their genius, but also for their personas. Plus you can’t tell me that Ernest Hemingway is not a total babe!
When I fall in love with a man, it is for his mind mostly, but it sure doesn’t hurt if they have the looks to match.
I fell head over heels in love with Stephen King when I read “On Writing.” His authenticity, honesty and sweet love for his wife makes him so attractive.
I think I have the wanderlust of Kerouac, the sense of adventure of London, the maudlin nature of Camus, the frivolous spirit of Fitzgerald, and the tender heart of Williams.
The very best part of falling in love with writers is that we get a glimpse into the very deepest corners of their souls. And we get to see ourselves reflected there.
The dashing Ernest Hemingway. Rrawwr.
I'm sorry but I think Stephen King is cute. I loves me some nerd glasses.
This is James Agee. Isn't he cute?
The daper and dashing F. Scott Fitzgerald.
*sigh* Jack Kerouac is dreamy.
Albert Camus. Rugged and handsome.
Jack London is one of my favorites. He looks like he can deliver a really solid hug.
Tennessee WIlliams is one of my very favorite writers of all time. I love this photo.
